The Life of a Single Mom Ministries is committed to bringing help to the lives of single mothers in a variety of ways.
Support for single mothers available through our organization include both free and low-cost services. Our goal is to have every single mom connected to a local support group that ensures networking, educational, and growth opportunities. We also offer free produce distribution and exercise classes in some of our support groups, as well as in-depth financial, parenting, and health & wellness education classes. Our services focus on helping single mothers with long-term solutions to ensure healthy outcomes for their families.
In addition, we provide free weekly articles on single parent topics, free podcasts & videos, a monthly newsletter, online life skills classes through Single Mom University, events around the United States (and beyond), a free national resource guide to help single mothers locate emergency services that we can’t provide, and much more. Our goal is to see that no single mom walks alone. Check out our free PDFs below, as well as details on the many services we provide.

Join us every week for LIVE chats where we discuss relevant single parent topics with single parents from around the world. We now host 20,000+ single parents each week in different social media venues. They are fun, informative, and sometimes hilarious. Simply follow us on Facebook for Topic Tuesdays or jump on board with Twitter Thursdays, Pinterest Fridays, or weekly Instagram encouraging posts. Discussions take place in the comments section.

Are you a single parent in need of resources assistance or emergency services, such as homelessness, utility bills, furthering your education, or much much more? The Life of a Single Mom has worked extensively to provide a national and state-specific resource list to assist single mothers in find valuable resources that can help in times of crises. SINGLE DADS: While a variety of our TLSM Resources can be (and are) used by both single moms and single dads, we also want to refer you to other friends we’ve found serve single dads exclusively. Check out A Father’s Walk for additional encouragement.
