I lead a group that is fairly new. The team that is presently in place is relatively small and we are in need of more volunteers. How can I recruit more volunteers?jennifermaggio98MemberMarch 15, 2016 at 4:17 pmPost count: 5
I like the idea of including all types of volunteers in the ministry. Perhaps the youth in the church could help with babysitting or nursery care. Maybe the seniors/elderly can help rock some babies or participate in cooking a meal for the moms. When the church gets behind the ministry, it can really flourish. Putting an ad in the church bulletin or on the church website or having a pastor announce it from the pulpit that help is needed is a great endorsement of the ministry and a way to get buy in from those who may have been considering volunteering.
