Although, we have decided to forego the in-person, 2-day retreat due to COVID-19 concerns. We will be switching to a virtual format, we have LOTS in store to make this event special. The gathering will take place on 4 Sundays at 6:30pm CST for one  hour, beginning June 7th and lasting through June 28th. Four sessions, four weeks, but a lifetime of experiences!  So, let us tell you what you get for your participation!

First, you will get a TLSM Survival Kit in the mail, including: t-shirt, 30-page single mom survival guide, 4 TLSM books, enrollment into Single Mom University for one year, pen, and journal! That package is valued at $309! But….there’s more. You’ll also get 4 lessons over the 4 weeks on: Parenting Well, Moving from Overwhelmed to Overcomer, Money Basics 101,  and Sex & Dating. We’ll have door prizes in each session. And….for the grand finale if you graduate with 100% attendance, someone will win $1000!

We will be offering door prizes, fun ice breakers, devotion time, time to share and even a dance party! We know this is different than anticipated, but the Lord still is moving and He wants to do something special in you.

Pre-Requisites for the TLSM Single Mom Bootcamp

Applicants understand that as a pre-requisite of attendance, they must complete a minimum of 10 Single Mom University classes prior to attendance (with access granted at no cost to applicant). Further, applicants understand that no childcare will be provided and no children are allowed to attend event. Applicants who are selected with food allergies are required to disclose such allergies and must bring their own food, as retreat center cannot be responsible for allergen-free meal prep. Applicants understand that phones will be taken upon entry to the retreat center, as the weekend is designed to have attendees completely unplug from outside distractions. (Emergency phone number will be provided to all attendees). Transportation will be provided from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the host site in Norwood, Louisiana. Any additional travel is the responsibility of the participant, e.g. air fare, additional mileage, etc. Completion of this application certifies I do have the dates available for the event. If selected, failure to attend event could result in the inability to participate in future TLSM events.

*Please note that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance to the TLSM Single Moms Bootcamp. Should you be selected, someone from The Life of a Single Mom’s office will contact you. Due to heavy volume, The Life of a Single Mom is unable to provide responses to every application.
