Our TLSM Single Mom Boot Camp is an in-person, two-day retreat that will be held at the beautiful 200-acre Feliciana Retreat Center in Norwood, LA! Games, a bonfire, door prizes, journaling, prayer walks, life skills classes, exercise, meals, and lodging are all provided, free of charge. Not to be mistaken for our annual national conference, this event is designed for a small group of 15-20 single moms that hunger to go after the deeper things of God and experience real breakthrough. While we will provide much-needed rest & relaxation, attendees will also attend life skills workshops that uncover root issues that hinder success, develop strong teamwork capabilities through games & activities, and enter into an intense time of prayer, deliverance, and worship. This Jesus-filled weekend will be just the refresh you need as a single mom!

Please note the following:

• We receive many applications and are unable to answer status questions regarding your application.
• Attendees are selected by scoring on essays. Take your time to describe why you would like to be considered, how you are ready to go deeper with God, and any additional information you deem necessary.
• Attendees must have boot camp dates available. Acceptance and cancellation will preclude you from any future boot camps.
• Attendees must be legally single and have at least one child under 19 years old.
• Attendees must complete 10 Single Mom University® classes prior to attending boot camp or access will be denied. (Enrollment will be provided upon selection to attend).
• There will be no childcare provided and applicants must provide their own childcare.
• Attendees with food allergies must denote those allergies on their application. While attempts will be made to accommodate, in some rare cases, extreme allergies may require attendee to bring their own food.
• Attendees agree to relinquish cell phones for the weekend. Boot camp staff will give cell phones once per day and also provide an emergency number. The goal of the camp is a complete unplug from all media and distractions. Bringing laptops, iPads, apple watches and other similar communication devices is prohibited. If you do not want to unplug, this is likely not the retreat for you.
• While we welcome our friends from other states, attendees provide their own transportation to the boot camp site in Norwood, LA. While some limited scholarship monies may be available, please note they will be nominal. We recommend you raise your own funding or seek support from your church, if needed.

You understand and agree that any photograph using your likely will become property of The Life of a Single Mom and will not be returned. You also hereby irrevocably authorize The Life of a Single Mom to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing The Life of a Single Mom’s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears.
